Shipping & Return Policy
At checkout, customers are prompted to choose a shipping method for their cart. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in the order, the location for shipment, and the selected shipping method. The total shipping will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of the order.
If one or more of the items you have ordered are sold out at the time of ordering, we will not be able to accept your order. We will then inform you immediately by email if this should be the case.
We ask that all customers please allow time for the order to process. This could take up to 1-2 business days. Generally, to ensure shipping method upgrades can be filled on time, orders must be processed, and credit authorization must be cleared by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or the order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded. We do not ship on national holidays.
Nature’s Gem ships with Regular USPS and UPS within the contiguous 48 states. International orders carry additional shipping charges and must meet regulations for the sale of these products to that country. Also note, different countries charge different customs rates and the international buyer is responsible for all incurred customs charges and fees.
We ship worldwide, but some countries have import regulations that delay the transportation of hemp-based products. If we become aware of a delay, we will notify you immediately if an inspection from your postal service or customs delays your package.

We sell various products and we take the quality of them very seriously. Due to the nature of these products there are limitations to what can be returned. You may return any unused factory sealed item for a refund after 15 days of purchase at the original purchase price minus the shipping fee. The customer must also pay for the return shipping. If packaging is open there are no returns provided. If you have any questions please contact us at email@example.com with any questions.
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
